I can\'t believe there was something online for free that is EXACTLY what I needed for remote printer installations. I almost purchased professional software but the only thing I could find was a complicated MSI packager, nothing directly printing related.I will recommend Alagus Printer Installer to everyone I speak to. What a great product!

Nice Price, Features Limited It does very well installing printers remotely and uninstalling printers that it installed. It does not however see any printers it did not install itself, which is where my dissappointment cam in.It has a nice interface, easy to use and nicely laid out. I just would like the ability enumerate and manipulate all the printers attached to a given workstation.It is nice for solving a particular printer problem, but I would have liked the ability to remove any printer already installed on a given workstation.

LAN Administrator I think that maybe our network is too big. When it went out and checked the network for printers it locked up. Likewise when it checked for computers on the network it locked up. I think it would be better to have an option to just specify the UNC for the print server and the UNC for the computer. Just in the domain I was using there is probably 6 or 7 thousand computers and many hundreds of printers. So being able to enter the print server \\domain\print_server and just list the printers attached then \\domain\workstation would possibly make ...

Will use in future... Program looks very useful for future use installing and uninstalling network printers. It does not actually the solve the problem I had - how to remove printers already installed under individual user profiles (via a start command in a logon batch file), but maybe that was an unreasonable expection. Looking forward to painlessly managing printers in the future, once I have found a way to solve my original problem!

Couldn\'t get it to delete the drive I needed to. Pressed the button and it said the process was successful but the drive was still there. I rebooted and tried again, but to no avail

Great product - Easy to use

Untill now i used VDC one time. After restarting the system the virtual drive dissappeared. I did not use it again after searching how to change that. i could not find the answer.

I like your software, but I was looking to mount a CD Image (e.g. iso file).it is a nice piece of software and I have some useful cases for it. so thank you.

Just installed yesterday, took awhile to figure it out, there is no help section, but finally got it going and it is super simple and great, made 8 virtual drives, and they are all working. Nice to find something for free that actually works, after installing, then when you make your virtual drives, make sure to check the SHEEP, and remember the last program loaded, then go on to finish making the number of drives that you want, if you don't check the sheep you will not be able to mount any images on it.

Alagus Print Port Manager fails to install the virtual printer on Windows 7 x64.i have no further comment on this application.

I beleive it works as advertised. My primary use for a product like this is to move printers off of a print server and put them on client computers so I can eliminate a few print servers.

Installation fails on Windows 7 x64 so I cannot tell if this program has any real value.

I was trying to use the produce with a Finale Music program. This would help me to change the final composition into a PDF to send to a friend who does not use Finale Notepad for music and does not have the ability to open things in Chinese or use special Hakka Chinese Characters. I encountered a problem in the the program. It would not print all the staff lines of the music clearly. Also in trying to print it to a JPEG it also was not clear and would cut off the right margin so that it was not ...

Does not generate .TIFF bigger than A2. I loaded the software to generate A1 and A0 format .TIFF, it doesn't fit my need thought.

Opinion. Very easy to use. It is exactly what I was looking for.

Printer to display template names Hi I need a printer which will be able to display all my already developed templates in print dialog box(when i say print from my pdf file) and i should be able to select one of the templates. Once i selecte template and when i say print then the pdf file should be printed in the form of selected template.This is my requirement. Is there any printer like this requirement. If yes what is the printer if not how can i achieve this. Please Let me know as early as possible

Works as advertised Very simple to use and with an appropiate feature set. One can go straight to the point.

Once in a blue moon Install opened the program and I tried to get my file into it. Finally shut it down, then opened the file I was trying to convert and printed to the e-PDF printer. Worked like a champ.Only need to do something like this once every 2-3 years. It just isn't cost effective to have to buy software like this.

Failed to install on my XP SP3 PC because the installer couldn\'t shut down the Print Spooler service. Uninstaller then failed to remove printer driver, so a new install failed, even after I stopped the Print Spooler manually.Never got this S/W to work properly, unfortunately. Needs some work I think before the S/W is useful.

This program doesn't work properly. Sometimes hangs my computer and sometimes makes special visual effects on my desktop. Doesn't generate any file. I have Windows XP SP3.Today I've uninstalled it.Best regards,Robert P.

This virtual printer doesn't seem to print with much quality. The results are very low resolution.

Quality I loaded EmfPrinter 0.3.0 as I was having a problem with PrimoEMF, but the quality of the picture was not as good as Primo. I ended up fixing the problem with Primo.Cheers.

Useful tool - but crashed. I have always wanted a tool like this. Tool is easy to use and works pretty good. Nevertheless it has crashed twice as I tried to 'print' a multipage document (blue screen in Win XP!). It's still ok for me, as I primarily need emf's from single page cad -drawings which exist as pdf.

Wonderful SW It's very easy to use and very useful for me.
